Meet the Owner

Meet Wendy! Owner and creative force behind Sliced Delights, a boutique charcuterie & cheeseboard business specializing in thoughtfully curated, elevated grazing experiences for all occasions.

Born in Manhattan and raised in Windsor Locks, CT, Wendy discovered her passion for charcuterie during the COVID-19 pandemic, when a simple TikTok trend sparked what would become a meaningful creative outlet. What began as a hobby quickly evolved into a true passion — one she is proud to share through beautifully crafted boards that bring people together.

For Wendy, it was always about the presentation and of course going overboard any chance she had. Her love for food and entertaining always went hand in hand which is why she believed that in today's market, there was truly something unique about a beautifully styled and well-balanced charcuterie board.

Outside of Sliced Delights, Wendy enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants as a self-proclaimed foodie, and attending car shows with her partner, Anthony. She also cherishes spending time their two beautiful pups, Bentley & Onyx, and her close-knit circle of family and friends.
